Work with us

Host or sponsor an event

Host an event

A private social for friends, a company or school tournament, a birthday game — we set it up, reserve the courts and run the draw and results. Make it invitation only and share your own link so only your guests can sign up.

Sponsor an event

Put your brand in front of the club: your logo and link on the event page, the events list, share links and the event poster. Branding can be added to existing events as well as new ones — one-off or a weekly series.

How each format works

AmericanoIndividual entry · social▾

You play every round with a different partner against different opponents. Each match is a fixed number of points (e.g. 24) and you keep every point you win.

Winner: Most points overall. If some players rest more often, points per match is used.

MexicanoIndividual entry · competitive social▾

Round 1 is drawn by rating. After that, each round groups players on similar points: 1st & 4th play 2nd & 3rd on the top court, and so on.

Winner: Most points after the final round.

King / Queen of the CourtIndividual entry · fast and lively▾

Court 1 is the top court. Winners move up a court and losers move down; partners are mixed every round. Players waiting join at the bottom court.

Winner: Court points: wins on higher courts are worth more.

Round RobinPairs▾

Every pair plays every other pair once.

Winner: League table: win 3, draw 1. Ties split by head-to-head, then games difference, then games won.

Groups → KnockoutPairs▾

Pairs are seeded into groups and play a round robin. The top pairs from each group go into a seeded knockout — quarter-finals, semi-finals and a final — with group winners kept apart from their own group's runners-up.

Winner: Winner of the final. Optional third-place match.

Straight KnockoutPairs▾

Lose once and you're out. Top seeds get byes when the entry isn't a power of two.

Winner: Winner of the final.

SwissPairs▾

A set number of rounds. Each round you play a pair on the same score as you, and never the same pair twice. Nobody is knocked out.

Winner: Most table points after the last round.

Team tournamentTeams of 4+ (schools, clubs, companies)▾

Each team plays every other team. A tie is made of doubles matches: pair 1 v pair 1, pair 2 v pair 2 and so on.

Winner: Ties won, then matches won, then games difference.

Casual playIndividual entry · drop-in▾

No draw and no schedule. Sign up, turn up and play — mix partners and games however you like on the reserved courts for the session.

Winner: Nobody — it's just for fun. Results aren't recorded and ratings don't change.

Ratings: tournaments and arranged matches update your club rating automatically. Social evenings and friendlies never affect it.
